In this section we list all coffees currently in stock.

All coffees €18/800g, whole bean only and roasted specifically to order in our 1kg roaster to your own preference – light, light/medium, medium, medium/dark … etc. Deliverly costs are €5 flat rate for up to 3 bags (ie up to 2.4kg in total).

Our online shop isn’t setup to do this, so please call with your customised order. Usual cards accepted as payment.

EVERY Saturday we have a selection of fresh roasted single origin & estate coffees. Roasted fresh during the week for this market. We also offer home brewing and grinding devices – the usual devices but also much more contemporary devices such as Aeropress & v60’s.

Markets are lively and exciting places, they are at the forefront of modern food movements and full of fresh exciting produce. We embody that by exploring shots of freshly roasted single origin or estate coffees – the coffees we sell to you in the cup are changing every weekand sometimes during the day.

Ever wanted to know more about the coffee you’re drinking ? Then drop by and ask ! If you’re drinking espresso then it’s more than likely we’ll be telling you anyway !

Ever since 2009 (our first year of operation in Ireland as a roastery) we have been involved in some way shape or form in the Barista Championships. We are passionate about good coffee and this is where it’s at – the Speciality Coffee Association Barista championships.

Our involvment has been :

• Brock has been a sensory judge in 2009, 2010 & 2011.
• 2011 Vini Arruka of Humble Bean on Aungier st, Dublin : Top 6 IBC with finals yet to be held in Feb 2012 …. what this space !
• 2010 Gaggia Espresso machines used our Red Rock blend on their stall at the World Championships, London
• 2010 Custom blend for Bela Zudor who won the Irish Latte Art Championships at the World Championships in London.
• 2009 Custom blend for Fan Zhang to win the Irish Latte Art Championship, and then at Cologne in for the world titles.
• 2009 Custom blend for Vicki Fitz-Henry in 2009 in the IBC
