In this section we list all coffees currently in stock and available to wholesale our customers for use in brewing or via espresso on a seperate grinder and featured as single origin of the week. Full information about terrior, processing, farmers & their community available for most coffees to wholesale customers on request.

These coffees are also drawn of for the monthly subscriptions and released to the public on occassion at Douglas Farmers Market in Cork, Saturday 10-2.

EVERY Saturday we have a selection of fresh roasted single origin & estate coffees. Roasted fresh during the week for this market. We also offer home brewing and grinding devices – the usual devices but also much more contemporary devices such as Aeropress & v60’s.

If you are travelling a long way specifically to meet us at a market please do check for updates to make sure the rain and hail aren’t keeping us away.

Ever since 2009 (our first year of operation in Ireland as a roastery) we have been involved in some way shape or form in the Barista Championships. We are passionate about good coffee and this is where it’s at – the Speciality Coffee Association’s Barista championships.

Our involvment has been :

• Brock has been a sensory judge in 2009, 2010 & 2011. In 2012 we took paternity leave …… it’s a girl !!!
• 2012 we went to Vienna for the WBC to support the Irish team & stay in touch;
• 2011 Custom blend for Vini Arruka: Top 6 IBC & the ONLY competitor using an Irish roated coffee (ie ours) !
• 2010 Gaggia Espresso machines used our Red Rock blend on their stall at the World Championships, London
• 2010 Custom blend for Bela Zudor who won the Irish Latte Art Championships at the World Championships in London.
• 2009 Custom blend for Fan Zhang to win the Irish Latte Art Championship, and then at Cologne in for the world titles.
• 2009 Custom blend for Vicki Fitz-Henry in 2009 in the IBC
